Calzados Arrayás, S.L. is the holder of the present website, operating under the commercial name "mayura.es". Calzados Arrayás, S.L. provides the following general conditions:
The present general conditions are formulated in accordance with the Civil Code and Trade, Law 7/1996 of 15 January, Management of the Retail Trade, Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contractual Conditions.
These terms and conditions, together with your order confirmation constitute the Agreement between you and our company. The access to the website mayura.es and to all or part of its content and services gives you the condition of user and it is the full acceptance without reserves of the General Conditions of Use.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices shown in mayura.es store with destination the EU, include the existing VAT at the time of the sale. If the Customer is a company with VAT within the EC may indicate it to process the invoice of the order without VAT.
All prices contained on the mayura.es website and other channels of sale are valid except typographical error.
In those shipments outside the EU in which a customs fee was involved, buyer will be responsible for the payment of such rates and taxes that may be applicable.
In its commitment of quality and service to the customer, mayura.es tries all time that the products advertised are available and to dispatch them the same day or the following day. However, if some exceptional circumstances happened such as interactive multiorders or others that caused the end of stock of the product, the order and the agreement between the parties will be without effect pursuant to this clause resolutory, fully refunding the client in case of amounts prepaid, and no compensation in favor of any party in respect of breach of contract , consequential damage or lost profits.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
You can pay all your purchases in mayura.es in the following ways:
1. Payment with credit or debit card.
Payments by credit card are made through a secure server in order to protect always your data. The data and owner of your credit card must be correct in order to make the charge. There will be no charge and therefore the purchase not be held if the data of the credit card is not correct.
Payment by credit card has no additional charge. The system will redirect you to the secure payment gateway of BBVA where you will be asked the data of your credit card, and after completing the payment you will be returned to the www.mayura.es page informing you if the purchase was successful.
In no case www.mayura.es will access or store your credit card data.
Charges will be made in the credit card at the moment of confirming the details of the purchase. In case the charge had not been carried out for some reason, we will contact you via email to inform you of the incidence.
2. PayPal Payment.
You can also pay using your Paypal account. Your purchase will be considered made on the same terms as in the case of payment by credit card. In any case PayPal account details are necessary to correspond with the data of the buyer, otherwise, mayura.es reserves the right to contact the buyer to ratify his/her identity.
3. Bank Transfer Payment.
You also have the option to buy your purchases through mayura.es by bank transfer. If you choose this method of payment, the bank account details will appear at the moment of finishing the purchase and we will also send it by email.
In this case, the purchase will not be considered made until the amount is not received in the bank account available to that end by mayura.es, after this we will send an email to the buyer informing of the reception of the transfer.
The purchase will also be considered confirmed if the buyer sends copy of the bank transfer to the email info@mayura.es
Bank charges accrued as a result of the bank transfer will depend on each entity and be borne by the buyer in any case.

In those shipments outside the EU with a customs fee, the buyer will be responsible for the payment of such rates and taxes that may be applicable.
Mayura.es will send the products requested according to the data provided when ordering, and does not take any responsibility when delivery could not be made as a result that the data supplied are inaccurate or incomplete.
Also, it does not take resposibility when delivery can not be done by absence of the recipient, or physical inability of delivery. Failed sending and its subsequent return costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of payment by transfer, delivery time will start from the reception of the bank transfer in our bank account corresponding to the payment of your order, or upon receipt of the bank proof of having made the income via electronic mail.
In any case, in any of the above payment methods, for logistics of the transport company, if this occurs after 14:00 hours the order will begin to count at 10:00 of the next working day.
In the event that at the time of receiving the package, this presented visible signs of deterioration or of having been opened, please check its contents before signing your reception conformity. If your order is damaged or incomplete, please use our returns form so we can send you a new article.
RETURNS
Mayura.es works to make you completely satisfied with your purchase and therefore gives you several methods to be able to return it. If you are in some of the cases described below is necessary to inform us your situation in a period up to 15 days after delivery of the product, so you can use any of the following means:

You should inform us about the incidence, if you want us to send the same article again, if you want us to exchange it for another article or if you want to return it.
In general terms, there are 4 causes for returning orders or products:
1. Right of revocation:
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to state the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
The complete order, with all accessories and original packaging of products must be returned.
This right is not valid for products ordered specifically for the customer (custom articles, boots made to measure, accessories with a particular brand,...).
Any transport or administrative cost or any other expenditure generated as a result of a cancellation will be assumed by the customer.
2. Return for changing the size:
In mayura.es we want you to enjoy your boots as soon as possible, that´s why we strongly recommend paying special attention to the measurement of your foot and the size chosen to avoid mistakes, returns and unnecessary delays.
Mayura.es offers the first return for changing the size FREE of charge in Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe (zone 1). Refer to table in the section of delivery and deadlines.
3. Return for faults produced in the transport or error/faults produced in the shipping:
If at the time of delivery it can be seen in a visible and clear way, without manipulating shipping packaging or the product, that the package has faults caused by damage in transit or it can be seen in the same way, an error or fault in the goods, the customer must write it in the delivery note of the carrier and check the goods in the carrier´s presence.
Please do not sign the delivery note until you have indicated the faults found. You must then notify it to mayura.es (via email to info@mayura.es), or through the contact section of this website in the folowing 24 hours after delivery to be able to return the product or products concerned and thereby to replace it with a new one or to refund the amount paid.
4. Return for faulty article (guarantee):
All products sold by mayura.es have a guarantee period of two years from the invoice date to be repaired or replaced by one equal under the Law 23/2003 of July 10, Guarantees on the Sale of Consumer Goods.
If the article is returned as a result of a quality or manufacturing fault by which mayura.es is responsible for, we will automatically refund the full amount within a period of 10 working days. The refund will be automatically done to the bank account specified by the customer, depending on the method of payment used by the customer.
No product will be accepted with defects by misuse.
Important: The deadlines for receiving these communications for return are limited. 24 hours from delivery for transit damage or errors in shipment; 15 days from delivery for the right of revocation; 2 years from the date of invoice to exercise the warranty.
REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
The refund will be made as soon as we receive your return in our warehouse (this can take up to 15 days).
Once the refund has been made, we will send you an email with a confirmation of the refund.
If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you to speed up the process.
USES OF THE PORTAL AND ITS CONTENTS
Mayura.es aims to show the color of the shoes as close as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes can be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer. For this reason, mayura.es does not guarantee that the color shown in the monitor is an exact reproduction of the original.
Prohibited the reproduction, distribution, transmission, adaptation or modification, by any way, of the content of the portal (text, designs, graphics, information, etc.) and other elements of this website without the express consent of mayura.es.
Our users accept that the images, designs, contents, logos and trademarks protected by the applicable legislation in the matter of Intellectual Property, patents and trademarks to which they could accede through the use of the portal, are property of mayura.es or third party. The user agrees to make use of the Portal respecting such rights.
Mayura.es will not be liable for any damages of any kind, which may derive to the detriment of users by the use of browsers or versions other than the browsers for which the Portal has been designed, or of which may derive from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system, motivated by causes beyond mayura.es; of delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in its data processing centre, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems; nor of damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions.
Likewise, mayura.es is exonerated of responsibility for any damage or harm that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information and prices provided by mayura.es.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law.
For any litigious matter arising from the existence, access, use or content of the general conditions, both the customer and mayura.es expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, are subject to the Jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the courts and tribunals of Huelva.
